📢 Online Registration Reminder – Please Complete All Required Forms

Dear Hayden Families,
Thank you to everyone who has already started completing your student's online registration! We are beginning to see registrations come in for review and approval, and we appreciate you taking the time to complete this important process.
As our office reviews registrations, we have noticed that some required forms are being missed. **Please remember that all forms in the Parent Portal must be completed each year**, even if the information has not changed from previous years.
A few important reminders:
All required annual forms must be completed before your student's registration can be finalized.
Out-of-District Students: If your student attends Hayden Schools, a new Out-of-District Application must be completed every year for consideration.
Middle & High School Athletics: If your student plans to participate in **any athletic program or school activity**, please complete the **Athletics Participation Forms** available in your Parent Portal as part of the registration process.

Our office staff will begin returning to the district Wednesday, July 29, and will be available to answer questions or assist families with the registration process.
We will also host an In-Person Registration Day on:

🕖 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
If you need assistance with registration, have questions, or need access to technology to complete the process, we encourage you to stop by during these hours.
As registrations are reviewed, additional information or documentation may be requested, and our office staff will contact you if anything further is needed.

Beginning July 15th, Hayden School District will begin transitioning from School Status to Rooms, our new communication platform built directly into the Hayden School District App and website.
Starting this school year, Rooms will become our primary communication tool, providing families with one convenient place to receive classroom messages, school announcements, district updates, event information, and much more.
No more switching between multiple apps or websites. Everything you need will be available in one secure, easy-to-use location.
